Policies

Editorial Policy:

Our content covers technology news and culture, focusing on cool, crazy, and creative new ways of doing things.

Hackaday.com is a fiercely independent voice. Hackaday editors and writers pursue articles and topics without interference from Supplyframe Inc, the company that owns Hackaday, or from companies who advertise on our site. Supplyframe handles all advertising and event sponsorship opportunities. Hackaday does not publish sponsored content (“Advertorials”, etc.) or take paid product reviews. In the event that we receive a sample unit for a review we disclose that in the article. The trust our readers have in Hackaday is paramount and vigorously defended by all editors and writers.

Comment Policy:

We invite you to participate in the Hackaday comment section of each article in a way that is kind and respectful to everyone. Comments should never be hateful, vulgar, obscene, abusive, incoherent, or off-topic. Hackaday staff moderates comments and we welcome your help in reporting comments that violate this policy.

Questions about the comment section may be directed to our editorial staff via email.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
